General Terms and Conditions for online booking, made through the official web page of Kristal hotel, Golden Sands.
BOOKING AND ACCOMODATION
Kristal hotel is entitled to provide the services, requested and paid by the Client, according to the booking details provided by the Client through the reservation form: Name of the Client, Room type, Stay period, Number of nights, Amount of adults and children.
According to the Kristal hotel policy, children are being considered Clients that are aged less than 13 years of age prior to the arrival date.
RATES, PAYMENT POLICIES, BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All prices, stated in the web-page of Kristal hotel (https://www.hotelkristal.bg/) are gross prices, in Euro and include: 9% VAT, Tourist tax and hotel insurance. The total amount due by the Client is being calculated automatically, and it is based on the length of stay, amount of adults and children and the valid price offer for the booking period.
Kristal hotel reserves the right to change the rates and special offers in the web-page of the hotel (https://www.hotelkristal.bg/), based on the demand and the available rooms. Already booked, confirmed and paid bookings, are not being affected by new offers presented on the web-page (https://www.hotelkristal.bg/).
The total amount shown at the end of the process for online booking is the amount due by the client. The Client can chose one of the following methods of payment:
- Bank Transfer
Prior to the confirmation of your booking, you will receive booking confirmation and proforma invoice for payment. The amount, shown in the proforma invoice, must be paid in full, according to the deadline specified in it. After the payment is issued, the Client must send a payment advice to e-mail : email@example.com. The booking number has to be written in the payment details section.
- Booking request by E-mail
If the Client chooses this booking type you have to send a short request, by fulfilling the “Request for booking” blank, or send it to our e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. The request should consist the following data – Name of the client, Room type, Stay period, Amount of nights, Amount of adults and children(the age of the children must be specified). The Client will receive an accommodation offer and terms of payment.
- After the payment has been confirmed, the Client will receive an invoice and a confirmation for a guaranteed booking on the provided e-mail.
- If the online booking is not paid until the due date it will be automatically canceled.
- In case the Client is prevented to issue the payment for a made online booking, please inform Kristal hotel immediately at e-mail : email@example.com, or by phone : + 359 52 38 90 38. In case of not observing this condition, by the Client, Kristal hotel remains the right to keep accountable the Client and look for reimbursement, due missed opportunities.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Kristal hotel remains the rights, to charge or demand from the Clients the amounts due for cancelations, amendments or early check-out, according to the following cancelations policies:
- Booked accommodation in the period : 10.06 – 10.09 incl.
- Cancelations and amendments are allowed up to 15 days prior to arrival date without penalty
- Cancelations and amendments made less than 15 days prior to arrival date, the whole amount of the booking will be charged as a penalty.
- In case of early departure Kristal hotel will charge, the Client, as a penalty the remaining nights.
- Booked accommodation in the period : until 09.06 incl. and after 10.09 incl.
- Cancelations and amendments are allowed up to 10 days prior to arrival date without penalty
- Cancelations and amendments made less than 10 days prior to arrival date, the whole amount of the booking will be charged as a penalty.
- In case of early departure Kristal hotel will charge, the Client, as a penalty the remaining nights
In case of force majeure conditions, which lead to cancellation or modification of the booking, relevant documents must be provided as evidence. In this case the refund is based on Kristal hotel discretion.
In case of refund, all the taxes (bank taxes and etc.) are on the Clients account.
Refund of the paid amounts will be done the same way as the original payment.
- Bank payment – via bank transfer, back to the Client’s bank account
- Reimbursement is being made 30 days after the cancelation date.

Kristal hotel takes full responsibility for personal date protection according to General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR“)
The Client’s personal data are protected, they will not be presented to third parties, and are being used only by the Reservation department of Kristal hotel.
To continue with the booking, the Client must confirm, that he read and agrees to the current General Terms and Conditions for online bookings of Kristal hotel.
