Adonis 45 Ltd. is the administrator of personal data that you (the Data Subject) provide to us. We collect the following types of personal data from you: customer names, gender and age, identity document data, email addresses, phone numbers, location, nationality, business contact information.
1. Purposes for processing personal data
We need your personal data for the following purposes:

– reservation
– hotel accommodation
– use when organizing the service
– processing of documents in connection with the activity
– payments
– marketing and improving the quality of the tourist product
– other actions required by law
2. Processing and storage.
Your personal data is processed at Adonis 45 OOD in an office located in Bulgaria at the address: city of Varna, k.k. Golden Sands, Crystal Hotel. Your data is hosted and stored in a Storage Location located at our head office.
Third parties do not have access to your personal data unless there is a specific legal requirement.
3. Storage period
According to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, we are obliged to store your documents for a period of 5 years, in accordance with the Data Storage Policy. After this period, your personal data stored with us will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data held by us for marketing and service update notifications will be held by us until such time as you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
4. What are your rights?
If you believe that the personal data you have provided to us is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the option to request to see that information, correct it or delete it through a Customer Data Subject Withdrawal of Consent Form. You have the right to request the personal data we have about you through a Request Form for Access to Data of Natural Persons.

Zlatni Sands, Crystal Hotel. We will review your complaint and make every effort to resolve the matter.

RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION

HOTEL KRISTAL undertakes to provide the services requested and paid for by the customer upon reservation, according to the data provided by the customer through the reservation form for: customer’s name, room type, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

In the reservation, persons under the age of 13 on the date of arrival are accepted as children. A child up to 1.99 years old is not noted on the reservation form. Information about it should be noted in a comment at the end of the reservation.

PRICES, PAYMENT, RESERVATION GUARANTEE

The prices on the HOTEL KRISTAL website are gross, in BGN (BGN), including: 9% VAT, resort tax and hotel insurance. The total amount owed by the customer is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offer for the relevant period.

HOTEL KRISTAL reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and currently available vacancies. For already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the value of the reservation does not change, regardless of the new price offers provided.

When making an online reservation, it is necessary to pay the total amount shown at the end of the reservation process. You can choose one of the ways below.

TYPES OF PAYMENTS

By bank transfer
Payment of the entire amount must be made at the latest by the deadline specified after the reservation. After making the payment, it is necessary to send a copy of the payment order or the import note to the e-mail: accounts@hotelkristal.bg, and the reservation number must be entered in the reason for payment.

Reservation and inquiry by e-mail
When choosing this reservation method, you need to send a short inquiry by filling in the “Reservation inquiry” form or send an inquiry to our e-mail: reservation@hotelkristal.bg with all the desired parameters – guest name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children /age/, after which you will be sent a price offer for accommodation and payment conditions.

IMPORTANT

1. After successful payment of the reservation amount using your chosen payment method, you will receive an invoice for the advance payment and confirmation of a guaranteed reservation to the e-mail address you specified.
2. If the internet reservation is not paid within the specified period, it will be automatically canceled by the system.
3. In the event that you are prevented from paying the amount for an already made internet reservation, please notify us by e-mail: reservation@hotelkristal.bg or by phone: +359 52 38 90 38. In case of non-compliance with this condition, HOTEL KRISTAL is in its right to seek responsibility and penalties for completed and unpaid reservations!

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
HOTEL KRISTAL reserves the right to charge, withhold and demand from customers the amounts for penalties for cancellations, changes or prematurely terminated reservations, according to the published cancellation conditions:

1. For a booked stay in the period: 10.06. – 10.09. incl.

– Cancellations and changes without penalty are made up to 15 days before the check-in date, with a full refund.
– In case of cancellations or changes after this period or in case of no-arrival, the total amount of the reservation is retained as a penalty.
– In case of an earlier departure, the amount of the unused part of the reservation is not refunded.

2. For a booked stay in the period up to 09.06 (inclusive) and after 11.09.

– Cancellations and changes without penalty are made up to 10 days before the check-in date, with a full refund.
– In case of cancellations or changes after this period or in case of no-arrival, the total amount of the reservation is retained as a penalty.
– In case of an earlier departure, the amount of the unused part of the reservation is not refunded.

In cases of force majeure, requiring the cancellation or change of the reservation, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents and evidence. Then the refund of the paid amounts is at the discretion of HOTEL KRISTAL.

In the case of a refund of a paid amount, all costs of the transfer (bank fees and others) are for the account of the client.

Refunds for canceled bookings will be made in the same way as the payment was received:

When paying by bank transfer – by bank transfer to the account from which the payment for the reservation was received;
Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
